What is Spin Coater?
Spin Coater is used to deposit uniform thin films to a flat substrate. A coating material usually applied on the center of the substrate. The speed is manipulated, either at low or high RPM. The high speed rotation of substrate allows the coating material to spread uniformly by a principle of centrifugal force.
