Traditionally, rules of trading are simple which cover responding and delivering to a customer request. However, this is only part of our company direction as our company motto is Engineering Customer Expectation.. We had differentiate all of our customer need and further optimize it which has led to not a single of our customer has exactly the same equipment setup. With all due respect, we see this as a continuous improvement to our service and serve the local research sector well.

Strategically, our office is located to at least 10 research centre within 15 km radius. We had proved and record where we had achieve 3 hours response time with respect to first level equipment failure. We also had enjoyed 80% success rate of repairing and supporting 1st level equipment failure. Further to this, the implementation of Nanorian Relation Management Software for all our equipment had enjoy a positive feedback from our customer. We had achieved a stage where every equipment does feel the sense of belonging to our customer!
